Story Hour

Buna Public Library has a Story Hour for preschool children every Wednesday morning, 10:30 until 11:30, September thru May.

The Buna Public Library and the Texas State Library presents the 2009 Texas Summer Reading Club Libraries: Deep in the Heart of Texas

General Rules:
1.Reading club members must have a current library membership card with no overdue materials or fines.
2.Must read 20 books or 10 Hours to receive a certificate and to release a balloon. Books must be on your reading level.
3.All Reading logs must be turned in by Monday, July 27 by 5:30 p.m.
4. Sign up starts June 1 at 10 am.

Wednesday, June 17 -10:30 – Cowboys & Cowgirls

Wednesday, June 24 –2pm –Texas Art

Wednesday, July 1 – Texas Beaches
10:30 for 7 and under and at 2pm for children 8 & up
(Wear your swimsuit and bring a towel, you will get wet)

Wednesday, July 8 – 10:30 – Southeast Texas Art Museum

Wednesday, July 15 – 10:30 – Camping under the Stars

Wednesday, July 22 -10:30 – Putt Putt Golf

Wednesday, July 29 –10:30 – Pizza Party & award day
